Withdrawal from the contract

Right to withdraw from the contract:

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the product sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which the consumer came into possession of the products or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer came into possession of the products.
3. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the consumer must inform LaRose of their decision to withdraw from the product sales contract by means of an unequivocal statement. LaRose does NOT provide the possibility of submitting a declaration of withdrawal electronically. The consumer may use the sample form for withdrawal from the product sales contract, but this is not obligatory.
4. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the product sales contract, it is sufficient for the consumer to send information regarding the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires.
5. In the event of withdrawal from this agreement, LaRose shall return to the Consumer all payments received from the Consumer, including the costs of delivering the products (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by LaRose), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which LaRose was informed of the Consumer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the product sales agreement, subject to paragraph 6 below. 7
6. LaRose shall return the payments using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another solution that does not involve any costs for him. LaRose may withhold the return of the payments until the products have been received or until LaRose has been provided with proof of their return, depending on which event occurs first. The consumer is obliged to return the product/products to LaRose or hand them over to a person authorised by LaRose to collect them immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he/she withdrew from the contract, unless LaRose has offered to collect the Product itself. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the product before it expires.
7. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the products to LaRose, i.e. to the following address: LaRose Sp.zo.o., ul. Łąkowa 11, 90-562 Łódź.
8. The right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of products does not apply if the product was delivered in a sealed package that was opened after delivery, and such a Product cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
